Scope

copyright, trademark and misuse

We review complaints about editorial content, branding, product descriptions and service misuse.

Priority

complete notices

Vague, anonymous or incomplete requests may require additional information.

Our position

We respect copyright, trademarks, image rights and other intellectual property rights.

Technical compatibility does not grant any additional right over videos, audio, photos, logos or other third-party works.

What a notice should contain

  1. Identification of the rights owner or an authorized representative.
  2. A clear description of the allegedly affected work, trademark or right.
  3. The exact BipBup URL and, when relevant, the source content URL.
  4. A good-faith statement and enough information for follow-up contact.

How we review requests

We may remove, limit, edit or de-index editorial content, brand references and supporting material when there is a reasonable basis to do so.

We may also adopt technical measures against repeated abuse, including operational blocks and additional review of certain flows.

Improper notices and counter-notices

If you believe a request was mistaken or abusive, reply through the same channel with an objective explanation and supporting details.

We may request more documentation before restoring any material or reversing a measure.

Trademarks and affiliation

Supported platform names are used descriptively to explain compatibility and navigation.

Nothing on the site should be interpreted as an official partnership, license, sponsorship or endorsement by those companies.
