Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing BipBup, you agree to these Terms of Service and to the Privacy Policy.

If you use the service on behalf of a company or team, you represent that you are authorized to accept these rules for that organization.

Allowed use

  • Download your own content, public-domain files or material for which you have a license, permission or another valid basis of use.
  • Use the service for internal reference, operational backup, creative review or personal archive within the law and the source platform terms.
  • Read and respect the source platform rules before reusing any downloaded media.

Prohibited use

  • Attempt to access private, paid, login-protected, DRM-protected, paywalled or otherwise restricted content.
  • Use BipBup to infringe copyright, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights or any third-party right.
  • Automate abuse, overload the infrastructure, bypass technical limits or exploit the service in a fraudulent manner.
  • Remove, alter or reuse authorship, context or licensing signals in a misleading or prohibited way.

Third-party content and intellectual property

Technical compatibility with a URL does not mean you have permission to download, archive, republish or monetize the content.

All rights over third-party platforms, trademarks and works remain with their respective owners.

Availability and changes

The service may become unavailable, change behavior or stop supporting specific platforms without prior notice.

We may update interface, infrastructure, policies and editorial pages whenever necessary for security, quality or compliance.

Limitation of liability

BipBup is provided as is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, universal compatibility or suitability for a specific legal objective.

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the site operator is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits or damages arising from misuse of the service by the user or third parties.

Applicable law

These terms are governed by the law applicable to the site operator establishment, without prejudice to mandatory rights granted to the user by local law.

If any clause is found invalid, the remaining terms stay in effect.
