What data may be processed

When you use BipBup, we may process the submitted URL, technical metadata required to answer the request, language preference and basic server diagnostics.

If a page shows a preview, the system may keep a temporary in-memory cache of title, description and thumbnail to reduce latency and repeated calls.

How we use that information

  • Deliver the requested download and preview assets.
  • Detect the platform, prevent repeated failures and improve service stability.
  • Reply to support, privacy, security and copyright complaints.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect the operation against abuse, fraud and prohibited use.

Cookies, local storage and similar technologies

Today the site uses at least one functional cookie to remember language and may use equivalent storage only when necessary for the interface to work.

If Google AdSense monetization is enabled, Google and partners may use cookies, beacons, IP address and similar identifiers to measure ads, prevent fraud and personalize experiences when allowed by law.

When Google ads are enabled, users can also review how Google uses information from sites and apps that use its services.

Sharing with third parties

We may share strictly necessary data with infrastructure providers, download processing services, source platforms and operational partners involved in delivering the file or preview.

We may also disclose information when required by law, a valid authority request or a justified copyright, security or fraud complaint.

Retention and security

Our default is data minimization. Final files are not kept as a permanent editorial archive, although transient processing, limited technical logs and short-lived cache may exist to keep the service stable.

No security measure is absolute. If you identify a vulnerability or unintended exposure, contact us through the official channel.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, deletion, information about sharing, objection to certain uses and withdrawal of consent when applicable.

To exercise those rights, write to the email listed on this page. We may request additional details to verify identity and avoid improper disclosure.
